It was spot on for us. Slightly upscale with attention to details. The burnt ends were great. Steaks were cooked just like we ordered.

The West Texas Chop House has a great variety of high end steaks. Same owner as Famous Dave's Bar BQ which was very good, but now it's even better. The bone in Rib Eye was very good garnished with mushrooms. The cheese broccoli was amazing, it was huge. My wife loved the New York Steak and the baked potato. The Pablano soup was excellent as well as the Wedge Salad. I personally enjoyed the Smoked Old Fashion Cocktail. The location is outside the Galleria Mall with plenty of parking. Our waitress Rene was excellent and very friendly. The area director Allison Hedgecock came to our table to greet us and to make sure everything was good. Please check this place out, the prices are very reasonable and you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I visited West Texas Chophouse while in the area for an event she was participating in. The atmosphere is very nice and quiet. The service was very good. The food was excellent! The pre-meal bread was hot and fresh and the steaks were delicious! I got a 12oz Ribeye (pictured) and my wife got a Sirloin. I am not a fan of Sirloin, but she raved about it and had me try a bite. It was the best sirloin I can remember eating. Everything was so good, I visited a second time on another day while my wife was at her event. The second time I got the 16oz Ribeye and everything was just as good as the first visit.

First time eating at this new restaurant in Henderson. We decided to try this place out for lunch, and we are glad we did. The restaurant itself has been slightly remodeled from the old Famous Dave’s that was here before, but still offered a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff was excellent and very friendly, but major kudos to our server Denise. She was so nice and helpful and truly a pleasure to talk to. Management should be very grateful to have someone like her, not only was she professional, but she also talked so highly about the owner. Might want to consider moving this individual up the management chain since she is a shining example of the perfect employee. As for the food, it was fantastic, no complaint, and the poblano cream soup was to die for. And you always know when you are having a fantastic cheeseburger by how much of a mess you make, super. Finally, plenty of parking and a nice restaurant addition for the City of Henderson. Highly recommended for lunch and we will have to give it a try for dinner soon.

Great Place for a very nice Dinner and a great atmosphere. Service was quick and very attentive. The manager pass by our table several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and even brought some drinks out for us. The food was delicious even though my asparagus were not that great it had a nice flavor just hard to chew. The meats were spot on and the manager itself check on the cook term that we have ordered. Overall experience was excellent. Restaurant was very clean and bathrooms were impecable. I was pleased with the experience and the service. I will come back again when in town. Thank you for a nice meal.

Food was SOOOO Good. Our server was excellent too! I wish remembered her name. the portions were huge also. I got the nachos for my meal and it was definitely more than enough.

First time trying this place. We usually go to Texas road house our favorite but thonite they were super busy 40 minute wait. So we were to hungry and decided to try this place. First the services they waitress was a little slow on drink refills and the appetizer came slow. Had to keep asking for more bread for our table. The food the chicken was so soft moist and just amazing. The steak porterhouse was so tender the slices were juice and hot. The sides we got what I called fancy corn lot like cream corn for me and spicy to fancy for my taste but everyone else in group loved it. The beans were very good seasoning was not to spicy and not really sweet. We got the choice of three meats and each were good to beef one chicken. The restaurant was clean well staffed and bathrooms were clean. The entrance was a little dark and not super inviting but they did have an interesting display case of the meats showing them being aged. The decor was pretty kind of unique not sure what the style or theme was supposed to be the bar area had lots of large tvs and seemed more relaxing. The main dining area had tvs as well and one large tree that was lit up with warm white lights. Over all the inside was nice but not sure what the vibe was trying to be. The presentation of the meat was pretty cool came a large wooden carving board and a BBQ sauce was put on as a garnish that was a little cold and hard but when we asked for more in came in a cup and was warm and soft and full of a good flavor to dip pur steak and chicken. As per usual the sauce being A-1 . So overall meat quality above Texas road house for sure price offers a good quality meat. Atmosphere not sure but we are used to cowboy fun and loud country music. We will come back again for the meat quality.

I had one of the most amazing dining experiences at this restaurant last night. From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere and outstanding service set the tone for a perfect evening. The highlight? An absolutely delicious brisket sandwich—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. A true treat for any meat lover. A huge shoutout to our server, who was simply outstanding ,her name simply beautiful "J" She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Her recommendations were spot-on and added so much to the overall experience. This place is an absolute gem, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone craving top-quality meat and top-notch service! I'm sorry if I spelled wrong her name. But she is the best.
